My love for art and art history, combined with a desire to fill a gap with an accessible, full-time career in the arts, led me to establish ArtVentures. It is not just my livelihood, it is a platform for sharing my lifelong passion for creative exploration with others. I jump at the opportunity to collaborate with other artists on large scale events, and as my business grows I am looking for opportunities to contract out some of my workload.

Emma
Emma is the founder & lead educator of ArtVentures. With a decade of professional art education experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and curiosity to all that she does. Her love for art, language, and culture has taken her all over the world, and informs her creative practice and perspective. Prior to launching ArtVentures, Emma worked as a bilingual educator at the Art Gallery of Alberta. She holds a BA with first class honours from the University of Alberta, with one of her majors being The History of Art, Design, and Visual Culture.
