Cancellation Policy

Payment is due on or before the program date. For larger bookings with new clients, a non-refundable upfront payment of 50% - 75% may be required to secure your booking. Cancellations made with atleast 2 weeks' notice will be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than two weeks notice prior to the workshop date will be billed at 50% of the total program cost. Cancellations made with 7 days' notice or less will be billed the full booking fee. Rescheduling may be possible, subject to availability. Final payment is due on or before the program date.
