Paint & Print: a Landscape Investigation is one of ArtVentures' most sought-after programs! Teachers and students alike adore this program, as it is an exciting and engaging in-school field trip experience that equips students with the techniques and confidence they need to explore their creativity and improve their art skills. In this 90-minute program, students will explore the beautiful and vibrant world of watercolours. We will experiment with a variety of technique to create a breathtaking and multicoloured sky, inspired by one of Emma's favourite books. Next, we investigate the landscape. Students develop their own drawing and through the relief printmaking process, they create a beautiful mixed media masterpiece that is as unique as they are! One of the main benefits to booking Paint & Print is that it empowers students with the skills and confidence they need to continue working with both watercolours and printmaking on their own, long after the program ends. As part of the demonstration, I provide a watercolour technique resource sheet for the class to keep as a reference, and teachers are encouraged to use to incorporate watercolour techniques into other projects throughout the year. Cancellation Policy

To avoid cancellation fees, please cancel or reschedule your program 2 weeks in advance. Programs cancelled with notice of less than two weeks (14 days) are subject to a $50 fee. Programs cancelled with notice of 3 business days or less will be charged the entire program fee.
